Baskets of HOPE Layette Program

Having a baby is a happy and joyful event. Unfortunately, many of the mothers at the Women’s HIV Program at Northwestern do not have as many resources at their disposal as they want or need to care for a new baby.

The HOPE Board helps every new mother in the Women’s HIV Program celebrate her child by presenting her with a Basket of HOPE after the birth of her baby. Each basket is assembled with many of the essential items a new mom needs for her child – diapers, wipes, onesies, t-shirts, bibs, formula, baby powder, lotion – along with other items like baby blankets or books that can help make the new birth an even more memorable event and enjoyable family experience.

Donations can be gifted in honor of a special person or event, and will be recognized with a commemorative card and diaper pin. To make a Basket of HOPE donation, please click here, or send a check to:
